Before you submit

• Consider contacting the user directly when appropriate.
• Ensure you control the rights asserted or are authorized to act for the owner.
• False or bad-faith notices may have legal consequences.

What to include in a notice

• Identification of copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Location details for claimed infringing material (URL/content ID).
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Good faith statement regarding unauthorized use.
• Accuracy and authorization statement under penalty of perjury where applicable.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringer policy
