If someone is in immediate danger
Contact local emergency services first. Talentix cannot dispatch emergency responders.
Report in the app
Use report/flag options on posts, profiles, or messages where available. Reports are reviewed under Community Guidelines.
Harassment & hate
Harassment, threats, and hateful content are prohibited. Report content, block unsafe accounts, and email support@ihirwe.art for ongoing issues.
Self-harm & mental health
If you or someone you know is struggling, contact local crisis resources or a mental health professional. [Add verified region-specific hotline references as needed.]
Child safety
Any sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors is prohibited. Report immediately through in-app tools and support email; we may report suspected violations to authorities as required by law.
Scams & phishing
Do not share passwords or payment details with unverified parties. Talentix staff will not ask for your password.
